– OpenH264 is generally faster but less efficient than x264 at the same bitrate. Has anyone compared the Greek S14 Web-DLs? Some of the night trial scenes (low light, jungle rain) seem to show more blocking than I’d expect. Is that OpenH264’s rate control, or just source issues?
