This guide is for educational purposes. While these steps are standard for the MT11i model, perform a reset at your own risk.
: While still holding the Left and Right buttons, press and release the Power button .
Use this method if the device is functioning normally and you simply want to wipe it for a fresh start.
Navigate to > Privacy (or Backup & Reset on updated versions). Select Factory data reset . Tap Reset phone .
Use this method if you can still access the phone's main menu and simply want to wipe the device.
Press and hold the located directly beneath the display.
Use this method if you cannot access the phone menu or if you have forgotten your screen lock pattern/password.
