Since Windows 11 only allows you to pin applications (.exe files) to the taskbar, you must trick the system by creating a shortcut that tells the Windows Explorer application to open your specific folder. Right-click on an empty space. Select New > Shortcut.
Clicking the icon opens File Explorer directly to that folder.
