Epson V39ii Driver Exclusive -
If you’re on a Snapdragon X Elite or similar ARM Windows laptop, you’re out of luck – Epson hasn’t released an ARM64 driver for the V39ii.

I tested on Windows 11. The driver installed in under 3 minutes, no blue screens or conflicts. The scanner is recognized over USB immediately. Scanning at 300–600 dpi works without freezing. Here’s my experience
