The most direct route to your blocked numbers lies within the iPhone’s application. This is the central command center for all restrictions. To begin, locate and tap the grey gear icon labeled "Settings." From there, scroll down until you find the Phone tab. Once inside the Phone settings, scroll again—this time nearly to the bottom of the menu. Just above options for "Wi-Fi Calling" and "Call Forwarding," you will find an entry simply titled "Blocked Contacts." Tapping this reveals the complete, chronological list of every number, contact, or Apple ID you have ever blocked.
