Navarch (Degree 40+) + MAD + Super Mines = You’ll never worry about BAD cooldowns again.
This cooldown demands strategic foresight. Unlike the Captain Churchill or the Legend of the Night, which are often saved for absolute emergencies, the Navarch’s hook cooldown is forgiving. It encourages the player to use it proactively to pick off Fortified MOABs or DDTs, knowing it will be ready again shortly. It turns a passive support tower into an active micromanagement tool that rewards player skill.
Once all 10 hooks are spent, they enter a 10-second recharge phase.
After hooking a BAD, the Navarch enters a “recovery period” for ~45 seconds (depending on degree). During this time, it can still hook smaller bloons (ZOMGs, DDTs), but it will ignore any other BADs.
