How To Find Blocked Accounts On Linkedin Info
Can’t find someone on your blocked list? If you previously blocked someone and they no longer appear on your list, it is possible they have deactivated their LinkedIn account or their account was removed for violating platform policies.
In the Visibility of your LinkedIn activity section, look for Blocking. Click Change next to the Blocking option.

Try these (none are 100% guaranteed, but they help):

If you’ve navigated to your blocked list and decided it’s time to reconnect, unblocking is simple. Next to the person’s name on the list, click Unblock. Click Change next to the Blocking option
When you unblock someone, you won't automatically be connected with them again. You will need to send them a new connection request if you want to re-connect.
Click the icon (your profile picture) at the top of the homepage. Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown menu. Click the Visibility tab on the left-hand sidebar.
